We are happy to accept returns. Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you would like to return your order by sending us an email to wewearwhimsy@gmail.com.
If you would like to return an item and not the full subscription box, you are welcome to send back the item(s) and we will include the same amount of returned items in your next subscription box. This is to ensure sustainable shipping.
If you would like to return an entire subscription box to us, we will refund it once we have received it.
If you would like to return purchased item(s) from our shop, we will refund those once we have received them.
We require all returns to be sent back to us within 14 days of you telling us you would like to make a return. All items must be in the same condition you received them in.
We could cover the cost of returns but this will be considered on a case to case basis.
We will ensure that we ship your first subscription box within 10 working days of your order being received.
All further subscription boxes will be shipped on the 1st and 15th working day of every month.
All items bought from our shop, will be shipped within 2 - 3 working days.
We will ensure that all clothing that you receive are either:
- brand-new, with or without tags,
- in great condition, barely showing any signs of wear, potentially worn once or twice,
- in very good condition, with slight imperfections and lightly worn.
- in good condition, showing signs of wear and imperfections, which will be photographed and shown in the listing of the item.

You will either receive 6 items of clothing, which generally make up 3 outfits.
